The Bigbury is our extra chunky table frame, the heaviest base we make. It is built from premium 80×80 and 80×40 ERW box section steel, which is what lets it carry the weight of a thick oak slab, a marble top or a concrete pour without any flex.

Sizes run 70cm or 80cm wide at 72cm high, in lengths from 150cm to 200cm, so it is aimed squarely at long dining tables and boardroom tables rather than smaller pieces.

The frame is powder coated for a long-lasting finish that resists scratches and chips under heavy use. Legs and frames arrive pre-drilled and countersunk for straightforward assembly, and suitable steel fixings are provided. The frame pictured has a brushed steel finish, and custom colours and sizes are available on request.

Exceptional service. I contacted Fuscina wondering whether they could make a custom sized cube of black box steel, for a narrow entranceway. Joshua respponded very quickly, and after a series of questions and answers, we had a plan and an order. I thought it would take longer to arrive, but after only a few days it was here. It was very well packed, and even better made. Sizing is perfect and there are no seams visible, it's perfect. Joshua added supports for shelves and mounting brackets, so it's been simple to mount to the wall, and all I have to do is get a glass shelf for the top and wooden for the botton (I'll be doing the latter myself). I cannot recommend Fuscina highly enough, their service and the produce have been excellent.
