The Solid Oak and Steel Side Table is our cuboid style side table, built on a 25×25 ERW steel box section frame with a butcher’s block style solid oak top. The clean cuboid outline suits a living room, a hallway, a bedroom or an office, and the oak brings warmth to what is otherwise a very simple industrial shape.

The top is finished with a clear satin varnish, which guards against watermarks and scratches while letting the grain show through. It measures 70cm wide, 62.5cm high and 30cm deep, and custom sizes and colours are available on request.

As we use natural solid oak, each piece has its own grain and colour variation, so no two tables are identical. Handmade with care in Devon.

Ordered the 'Chunky' table legs/frame. Turned up exactly as described sooner than expected and faultless - looks great with our new table top. Communication throughout was excellent. Josh kept me up to date with everything and answered all questions I had very quickly. Thoroughly recommend this company with the bonus .... made in England and no more expensive than other imported products.

Highly recommend this company. Josh was very helpful and responsive and also very understanding when I made an admin error. Love the table base we have just bought for our granite dining table. Looks fab in our kitchen/dining room. Great quality and lovely colour.

I’ve had the most beautifully crafted oak chopping board made, by Josh at Fuscina. It’s an absolute beaut! It’s more like a piece of art! I’ll certainly be ordering more for special presents, I highly recommend this company and their bespoke creations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

We met Josh at the Devon county show in May and loved the products on display. We fell in love with the products Fuscina make, fantastic quality and the icing on the cake in our newly decorated home. We even had free home delivery of our wonderful coffee table, shelves and nest of tables. Great work from fabulous craftsmen.

Exceptional service. I contacted Fuscina wondering whether they could make a custom sized cube of black box steel, for a narrow entranceway. Joshua respponded very quickly, and after a series of questions and answers, we had a plan and an order. I thought it would take longer to arrive, but after only a few days it was here. It was very well packed, and even better made. Sizing is perfect and there are no seams visible, it's perfect. Joshua added supports for shelves and mounting brackets, so it's been simple to mount to the wall, and all I have to do is get a glass shelf for the top and wooden for the botton (I'll be doing the latter myself). I cannot recommend Fuscina highly enough, their service and the produce have been excellent.

We have still to install our table legs as waiting for copper top but the legs look great with a good finish, delivered on time. I’m always looking for home grown products and would not hesitate to recommend Fuscina
